Peekaru Original™ Description

The Peekaru Original™ is a fleece vest that zips over a soft baby carrier to keep you and your child warm. It fits comfortably over all carriers, including Baby Bjorns, Hotslings, Ergos, Mei Tais, and Wraps1.
Made from 85% recycled high quality Polartec fleece, each Peekaru Original™ saves approximately 25 plastic bottles from reaching the landfill. In addition, Polartec fleece is Oeko-tex Standard 100 "for textile products of all types which pose no risk whatsoever to health." Feel good knowing that while you are holding your baby close, you are also helping the environment.

Peekaru Ozone™ Description
Baby, Meet Sunshine
Want to take your baby out in the sunshine, without worrying about sun damage and harsh chemical sunscreens? Now you can protect your little sunbeam from the sun's harmful rays, with the new Peekaru Ozone™.
Your baby will be shaded, safe, and stylish underneath this uniquely designed cover, which fits over any soft baby carrier, standard car seat or stroller. The super soft, moisture-wicking fabric blocks 95% of the sun’s UVA and UVB rays while keeping your baby cool and comfortable.
The Peekaru Ozone™ fits babies from birth through two years – the hood protects tiny heads, while the adjustable bottom cinches up for use with a small baby, and lets out to accommodate your baby’s legs as they grow.
The Peekaru Ozone™ is made from 75% recycled material that is OekoTex certified to be free of any chemicals, metal or phthalates – so you can be confident that nothing toxic is touching your baby. Manufactured in the USA and made of material milled in the USA, the Peekaru Ozone™ comes in white, with a choice of trim colors: pink, sage, gray or blue.
Peekaru Original - Size and Shape
The Peekaru Original is availabe in 5 sizes, s, m, l, xl and 3xl. WIth 5 colors and sizes, you are sure to find the perfect look and fit whether you are size 2 or size 24. We currently stock Small (size 4-6) Medium (size 8-10) Large (size 12-14). Other sizes can be ordered by request at info@punkinheadkids.com
Picking the Right Size
Choosing the size that will fit you best is easy. Simply purchase your regular size, the pleated seam and stretchy fleece will accommodate any size baby. If your shirt size is medium, a medium Original is right for you.
*Please note that the Peekaru Original should not be worn with a child in the cradle or side laying position, as your babies head needs to be out of the baby head opening in order to insure proper oxygen flow.
