These inserts are made of either 4 layers of hemp french terry. Since they have more layers than the more common inserts on the market we were able to make them 4 inches wide and eliminate bulk between the legs and still have pleanty of absorbancy. At the longest length they are 15 inches but fold down to 11 inches perfect for all pocket diapers.
