Punkinhead Kids currently ships within Canada and the U.S. using Canada Post Expidited. For other destinations or forms of shipping please contact me for further information.

We generally ship all orders within 2-3 days of recieving the order, and then Canada Post delivers in 2-5 business days.

Payments can be made by visa, mastercard, cheques*, email money transfers, money orders or PayPal. (*Please note that if you are paying by cheque that your order will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.)

Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns on items that are unopened and/or unused. Cloth diapers must also be unwashed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you need to return an item please contact us.

Please note that merchandise exported to the U.S. must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise must pay any duties that are due.
